Service Description

My Overwhelmed to Glowing Private Coaching program gives you the most in depth and personal 1:1 approach to improving your nutrition and health. It has the highest success rate of you incorporating long term sustainable change and truly feeling confident in making decisions that impact your eating and wellness. I guide you through a habits based program that meets you where you currently are. We work closely together to determine what habit to start with, and will slowly build each week once you have mastered each topic / habit.  We will work on one new habit every 1-2 weeks depending on your mastery level of each habit. We work together in a very flexible way that allows us to dive deeper into areas that are more important to you, buff up areas that you currently have moderate confidence / skill in, and skip the areas you already show mastery in. The habits are specific to your needs and will evolve as we work together. They will be diverse and may include everything from water intake, food diversity, bathroom regularity, gut health, non preferred foods, cooking methods, macro and micronutrient intake and best practices, sleep hygiene, stress management, processes related to decisions and mindsets around food, and potential food intolerances. Includes: * Discovery phone call to discuss your goals, my approach, and what to expect * Kick off video meeting (1.5 hours): review your health intake form, decide together where to start, and discuss the plan and next steps * Nutrition materials with goals, action items, habits, homework, and resources provided weekly. You will create a nutrition resource binder with this information * One 45 minute Zoom meeting per week for 12 weeks to review your plan, progress, discuss new habits, and make necessary modifications * Unlimited text access to me for quick questions or clarification (for example when eating out or grocery shopping). Roughly 9am – 6pm. I can’t guarantee I’ll always be instantly available but will do my best to respond to you quickly. 3 Months of Private Coaching Price: $2,500 * Pay in full up front or pay as you go, paying for 1 month at a time in advance. Month 1 = $1500, months 2 + 3 = $500 each * Additional months (4,5,6 etc.) = $500 per month
