Service Description

Exploring the grocery store with me will give you real time support in learning how to best navigate the store so that you leave with food that supports your health and goals, as opposed to food or food products that you're craving or look irresistible. You'll learn a lot about how to read ingredient labels - what to look for, what to avoid, and why. There are no "forbidden" foods but it is helpful to learn how to prioritize your food choices in ranges of ok, better, and best.
