60 Minute Intensive

Service Description

A 1:1 deep dive Zoom video call with me. You'll submit several nutrition and wellness related questions to me prior to our call and I'll show up to our call with detailed, professional feedback and recommendations for you. This is a great way to get professional expert advice on your most pressing concerns. It's also a good way to get a feel for what it's like to work with me, especially if you're curious about doing more coaching but want to try it out first!
